I’m Julie, born and raised in Michigan, I love the outdoors and adventure. Somewhat of a tom-boy, the baby of the family. Give me a challenge, tell me it isn’t possible, I’ll figure out a way.

I believe life is about taking chances, living beyond the doubt of others.

Born with a fire inside me to overcome the opposition.

I’ve worked 27 years as a physical therapist assistant and spent 18 years of my career as a Manager in Rehabilitation, helping people regain their life.

I knew I was meant for more! Freedom~motivated to fire my boss. In 2018, I began building a business in the holistic health industry.  Working in healthcare, I believe with every disease, there is a root cause.

With strength, courage and perseverance, I’ve overcome living the lifestyle of a broke and busy mom, autoimmune challenges, building someone else’s dream, to creating my own path and destiny.

BSL was created to Inspire, motivate and support you and your wildest dreams.
